About the role

We’re looking for a talented Operations & Finance Associate to join our team and support key financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions as we continue to grow.

This is a unique opportunity to combine financial work with day-to-day business operations. You’ll help with everything from financial analysis to contract reviews and workflow improvements—ideal for someone who wants broad exposure and room to grow.

This role is targeting a senior level.

The Ideal profile would have

• 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, operations, or similar roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Expensify, and  financial modeling
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and cashflow modeling
• Experience with scenario planning tools
• Familiarity with SR&ED and CDAE budgeting concepts
• Knowledge of client service agreements, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Experience in client-facing environments and knowledge of client service agreements and pricing strategies are strong assets
• Experience with spot-check P&Ls and validate payroll and financials 
• Based in Montreal preferred, though remote may be possible

We are a remote-first company with office space in Montreal. We prefer to hire in Quebec, but we are open to candidates anywhere in the EST±2 time zone in Canada.
