In summary, what is the role about?

In this role, you'll design engaging digital learning experiences, support talent development programs, and collaborate with experts across the business to deliver content that truly makes an impact. You’ll be part of a team that drives innovation in learning design and supports the growth of leaders across North America.

As a eLearning & Talent Development Developer what will your responsibilities be?

  • Design engaging eLearning modules, videos, quizzes, and interactive assets
  • Use authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia, etc.) to create world-class training content
  • Edit and optimize audio, video, graphics, and animations for performance and accessibility
  • Work closely with SMEs, instructional designers, and stakeholders to design learning and talent content that align with business goals
  • Partner with LMS Administrator (Cornerstone) for content upload and management
  • Manage multiple content and talent development projects, from concept to launch
  • Develop documentation, scripts, storyboards, and reports to track progress
  • Gather learner feedback and metrics to continuously improve programs
  • Contribute to leadership development, career pathing, mentoring, and talent planning initiatives

What is the ideal profile for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field
  • 4 years’ experience in training design and program development
  • Experience with authoring tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Captivate, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, video/audio editing, and graphic design tools
  • Knowledge of programming basics (JavaScript or VBA) is a plus
  • Graphic design experience is an asset
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential
