As a Document Integration Specialist (Pension Administration Solutions), you will help manage the implementation of standard and specific document content using our Ariel DB pension administration package for our clients, in accordance with their specific regulations and legal norms.

More specifically, your main duties will be as follows:

  • Identify and set up new documents that should be part of the standard solution in the US and Canada
  • Analyze change requests and update documents accordingly
  • Coordinate and participate in various meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to help identify their needs
  • Analyze, modify and create standard US and Canadian statements, letters and forms with our new Xpertdoc technology
  • Act as resource person for letters, annual and benefit statements, or any other document generated by our Ariel software package
  • Act as resource person for any technical questions to ensure compliance of statements
  • Produce quality documents while managing client expectations
  • Review final documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Be available to visit clients on-site

Your profile:

  • University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, project management, communication, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Proven leadership, analytical and organizational skills, ability to synthesize information and flexibility in managing multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-service focused and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Bilingualism - Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with pension plan administration, an asset

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000
 

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
