PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $173,500.00-$211,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $135,100.00 - $250,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
In this role, you will shape and drive how strategy becomes execution across a complex, high-impact division. You’ll partner directly with senior leaders to align priorities, resources, and outcomes—ensuring the business moves forward with clarity and purpose. As a key architect of operational excellence, you’ll influence decisions, strengthen planning processes, and help the organization navigate change with confidence. You’ll elevate how teams connect across product, operations, and member-facing functions, ensuring a cohesive and forward-thinking approach. Ultimately, your leadership will accelerate the division’s ability to deliver meaningful results for members and the organization.
To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: You’ll partner with senior leaders to bring divisional strategies to life, ensuring initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and executed effectively across the organization.
- Act as a Thought Partner: You’ll provide internal consulting to leaders and teams, helping shape business growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Lead Process Improvement: You’ll identify opportunities to enhance workflows and systems, then lead the implementation of solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strengthen Planning & Cadence: You’ll help design and lead scalable planning processes—from quarterly planning to ongoing business rhythms—ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Guide Cross-Functional Teams: You’ll collaborate across diverse functions—product, operations, marketing, and more—ensuring alignment and strong execution across workstreams.
- Support Leadership Forums: You’ll help plan and facilitate leadership meetings, business reviews, and recognition programs that drive engagement and accountability.
- Elevate Division Communication: You’ll design and maintain communication strategies that keep teams informed, aligned, and connected to priorities and performance.
- Create Executive-Level Content: You’ll develop high-impact presentations, reports, and updates that enable informed decision-making at the senior leadership level.
- Support Risk Management: You’ll partner with enterprise teams to coordinate operational risk activities, including business continuity and data governance efforts.
- Ensure Compliance: You’ll uphold policies and regulations while ensuring processes and documentation are accurate, current, and effective.
- Enable Strategic Planning & Budgeting: You’ll support end-to-end planning processes, helping leaders translate strategy into actionable, measurable plans.
- Represent the Division: You’ll participate in cross-functional committees and working groups, serving as a trusted voice of the division.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of people leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting business planning, strategy execution, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and projects with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a financial services or similarly regulated environment preferred.
- Proven ability to support change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes or solutions.
- Experience developing process documentation and improving operational workflows.
