Leads enterprise program and project management teams while advancing portfolio intake, prioritization, governance, planning, and execution. Partners with senior leaders across technology and business functions to evaluate investments, manage risks and dependencies, oversee complex initiatives, and communicate executive portfolio insights. Drives product-oriented, Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, and outcome-based delivery practices; leads organizational change; and develops program management talent and capabilities.

Leads enterprise quality assurance, compliance, operational excellence, and risk remediation initiatives. Oversees second-line QA reviews, regulatory alignment, governance frameworks, process improvements, performance analytics, executive reporting, and cross-functional programs. Partners with leaders across operations, compliance, credit risk, and fraud risk to drive accountability, standardization, continuous improvement, and organizational change.

Designs and develops enterprise cloud data solutions, including batch, near-real-time, and API-based pipelines. Builds data models, warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses while implementing governance, quality, lineage, and curation practices. Supports CI/CD, testing, monitoring, observability, security, and compliance. Collaborates with architects, product owners, analysts, and leadership on platform strategy and modernization. Mentors engineers, leads reviews, presents technical topics, and explores AI-enabled data capabilities.

Design, implement, and operate hybrid Azure networking (hub/spoke, Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, VPN). Lead IaC and automation (Terraform, PowerShell), build CI/CD pipelines, improve observability and reliability, enforce governance and security controls, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.

Develops, calibrates, validates, and maintains credit risk models, including PD, LGD, and EAD models, for lending, collections, loss forecasting, capital planning, and stress testing. Analyzes large datasets, evaluates model performance, documents model changes, supports systems testing, and communicates statistical insights to stakeholders and management. Collaborates across the credit union to improve risk-return strategies and reporting.

Develop and enhance core banking applications through requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment, and production support. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance user experience. Participate in code reviews, technology roadmap discussions, continuous improvement initiatives, and an on-call rotation for troubleshooting critical production systems.

Design, build, and optimize scalable AI-enabled application features and services. Integrate ML models and generative AI, ensure secure and test-driven implementations, troubleshoot AI performance, mentor engineers, and drive AI architecture, CI/CD, and best practices across teams.
