The Director of Go To Market Operations and Platforms drives solutions and processes that enable GTM success, improve seller productivity, and optimize our sales technology stack. This global role oversees sales support/deal desk, change management, and master data governance while shaping sales process transformation to significantly impact seller, customer, and partner experience. This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and leads a team of 20-25 professionals across multiple operational functions.The ideal candidate has an innovative, process-driven mindset with strong leadership across people, process, and technology. Experience leading GTM organizations through CRM consolidation and CPQ transformation is essential. This role drives automation, sales enablement, and operational excellence while leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to create competitive advantages.
 
What you'll do
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20-25 operations professionals across deal desk, data governance, and platform management functions
    • Build high-performing teams through strategic hiring, performance management, and career development
    • Foster collaborative culture and cross-functional alignment within the operations organization
    • Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics for team success
  • Sales Technology & Platforms
    • Drive connected seller experience through evolution of Salesforce, CPQ, and related sales applications
    • Own advocacy, demand planning, and business readiness for sales technology initiatives
    • Develop GTM tools roadmap with IT, ensuring strategic alignment and resource optimization
    • Lead CRM consolidation to eliminate redundancy, align data, and reduce operational complexity
    • Champion AI/ML integration across the sales tech stack for enhanced analytics and personalization
  • Sales Operations & Support
    • Oversee global Deal Desk/Sales Support function for pricing, quoting, contracting, and approvals
    • Streamline deal execution, reduce cycle times, and enforce compliance
    • Implement process excellence and automation to improve seller productivity
  • Change Management & Data Governance
    • Lead change management strategies for sales process and platform transformations
    • Drive adoption through structured enablement programs and success metrics
    • Oversee master data governance ensuring GTM data integrity and compliance
    • Define standards for data management and reporting to support decision-making

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations or GTM Operations, with 3+ years leading teams 
  • Proven track record driving large-scale operational transformation within global sales organizations, such as CRM consolidation and CPQ implementation
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and CPQ, with experience building and executing a GTM tools roadmap in partnership with IT
  • Demonstrated success leading CRM consolidation and system migration projects
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in sales or operations; exposure to modern analytics platforms (Databricks, Power BI) a plus
  • Proven experience managing a global Deal Desk function, including pricing, quoting, contracting, and approvals
  • Track record of reducing deal cycle times and improving seller productivity through process automation and standardization
  • Experience leading structured change management programs across global sales organizations, with measurable adoption outcomes
  • Strong master data governance expertise, including defining standards for data integrity, compliance, and reporting
  • An empathetic people leader who builds high-performing teams through clear accountability, coaching, and career development
  • A trusted cross-functional collaborator who aligns executive stakeholders while staying connected to front-line needs
