We have become a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies. Our products are designed to make financial systems more efficient, secure, and robust.

We’re seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions to help us bridge the worlds of Bitcoin-native infrastructure and traditional financial services. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving multi-region go-to-market strategies, working with customers on revenue attainment opportunities, and growing adoption and advocacy of the Blockstream product lines in key territories.

This position is a critical link between our customers, commercial teams, and product development. You will be responsible for supporting revenue goals by working directly with customers on complex deals. You'll partner with commercial teams to drive pipeline and revenue, while also translating your market learnings into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams, shaping what we build next.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

  • Spearhead the development and execution of Blockstream's regional strategy.

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and recruit new partners to accelerate Blockstream's adoption and scale within untapped enterprise and financial markets.

  • Drive successful joint initiatives by building and nurturing strong collaborative relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executive, business development, and technical teams.

  • Establish cross-functional alignment across commercial, marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure the partner strategy directly supports broader business goals.

  • Contribute to KPI development and assure BDR/BDMs meet and exceed targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end negotiation process for MOU/LOI, development agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions support Blockstream’s strategic objectives.

  • Orchestrate inter-departmental GTM activities with partners from co-marketing campaigns to commercial initiatives to amplify market presence and accelerate customer acquisition.

  • Act as the Blockstream’s key representative at industry events and conferences to drive partnership development and cultivate strategic networking opportunities.

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

  • 15+ years of experience in business development targeting sell-side capital markets clients.

  • Strong track record of success at financial institutions, including digital asset firms, hedge funds, or private banks.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

  • Strong product intuition and systems thinking with a practical understanding of real-world application.

  • Deep empathy for institutional clients, with a strong ability to deconstruct their unique workflows and business requirements to identify core needs.

  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with domestic and global regulatory policies.

  • Experience with managed account platforms and turnkey asset management platforms (MAPs, TAMPs).

  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, CAIA).

  • Go-to-market (GTM) experience is a plus, particularly in penetrating established markets with new technology.

  • Strong knowledge of blockchain principles including wallets, transaction signing, tokenization, and on-chain operations, and a demonstrated ability to apply them to practical solutions.

  • Familiarity with capital markets infrastructure, with direct exposure to institutional trading workflows, collateral management, and/or settlement processes.
