Are you ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic environment? TELUS Health is searching for a visionary Director to join our Pension Plan Administration department. As a key leader, you will shape the future of our team, engage with clients, and drive our department's success.

What you’ll do

  • Client Representation: Act as the face of TELUS Health Pension Plan Administration to current clients and during submissions.
  • Department Evolution: Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of our department.
  • Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry practices and share developments to enhance team performance.
  • Senior Service Management: Oversee client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage team resources effectively.
  • Mandate Execution: Support the team in the execution of diverse mandates and projects.
  • Budget Management: Develop budgets for your projects and ensure compliance.
  • Client Satisfaction: Listen to client needs and propose innovative solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to our processes.
  • Business Development: Cultivate new business relationships, secure agreements with existing clients, and identify new market opportunities.
     

What you bring

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, control, and planning abilities.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Team Management: Demonstrated success in team management.
  • Leadership: Motivational leadership that inspires others.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service capabilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
