L’OCCASION
À titre de Directeur(trice) associé(e), Stratégie de remboursement, vous:

  • Dirigerez une équipe interfonctionnelle afin d’élaborer un plan stratégique visant à maximiser le potentiel de remboursement auprès des payeurs publics et privés pour les marques assignées du portefeuille.

  • Vous serez responsable de l’élaboration de dossiers de valeur propres au Canada et des soumissions nécessaires pour soutenir l’inscription des produits aux formulaires publics, privés et/ou hospitaliers.

  • Vous collaborerez avec les collègues en économie de la santé et recherche sur les résultats afin d’élaborer diverses stratégies de soumission et de préparer les documents requis.

  • Vous travaillerez également avec les équipes Accès terrain et Affaires médicales afin de réduire les délais d’inscription et de maximiser la couverture.

  • Vous contribuerez à l’élaboration de la stratégie de prix optimale en collaboration avec les équipes Tarification, Finances et HEOR, et participerez à l’élaboration des stratégies de négociation dans un contexte interfonctionnel.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’amélioration de l’accès des patients aux traitements au Canada.

  • Vous êtes orienté(e) vers les résultats et démontrez un fort leadership dans un environnement collaboratif.

  • Vous faites preuve d’innovation et aimez remettre en question le statu quo.

  • Vous êtes dynamique et axé(e) sur les relations humaines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diplôme universitaire - Diplôme minimal de baccalauréat en sciences de la vie, en administration des affaires, en économie ou en politiques de santé ou santé publique

  • Sept à dix ans d’expérience pertinente au sein de l’industrie pharmaceutique (de préférence en accès).

  • La maîtrise du français est requise.

Associate Director Reimbursement Strategy

THE TEAM

Looking for a fulfilling role with purpose?  Help make our medicines and vaccines more accessible to patients within our Patient Access team.  By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to be in the heart of the action in support of our mission to save and improve lives across Canada.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Associate Director Reimbursement Strategy, you’ll get to:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop a strategic plan to maximize reimbursement potential with public and private payers for assigned brands in the portfolio.

  • Lead development of Canada-specific value dossiers and submissions to support adding products to public, private and/or hospital formularies.

  • Collaborate with HEOR colleague to develop various submission strategies and prepare required submission documents.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Field Access and Medical Affairs to minimize listing time and maximize coverage.

  • Contribute to the development of optimal pricing strategy, in collaboration with colleagues from Pricing, Finance and HEOR.

  • Cross-functionally collaborate on the development of negotiation strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree - Minimum of a Bachelor degree in life sciences, business, economics or health policy/public health.

  • Seven to ten years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. (preferrably access)

  • Fluency in French is required.
