About the role

Nous cherchons à combler un poste de Direction d’unité Réception et Téléphonie pour notre équipe grandissante!
 

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Coaching en continu, y compris la rétroaction aux subordonnés directs sur les comportements et les compétences ainsi que sur les moyens d'améliorer et de gérer l'efficacité.
  • Gérer l’horaire afin d’assurer les services de Réception et Téléphonie selon les hauts standards de qualité de service à la clientèle.
  • Contrôler les statistiques téléphoniques pour la réception afin d'assurer une productivité et une capacité optimales.
  • Recruter et former les agents de réception et téléphonie.
  • Traiter et gérer les problèmes de performance au sein du centre d’appels.
  • Encourager la synergie au sein de l'équipe et promouvoir la gestion du changement afin d'améliorer nos outils, nos processus et nos techniques pour assurer la réussite de l'entreprise.
  • Autres tâches administratives selon les besoins. 

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial ou toute combinaison d'études et d'expérience équivalente.
  • Une expérience préalable en matière de gestion, de supervision et de leadership est requise.
  • Assiduité, adaptabilité et flexibilité tant en présentiel qu'en télétravail.
  • Vous êtes capable d'encadrer, de motiver et de développer le personnel.
  • Aisance dans l’utilisation simultanée de plusieurs applications Windows et d'autres programmes de téléphonie.
  • Forte orientation vers le service à la clientèle.
  • Vous pouvez vous épanouir dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada n'est requise, mais le candidat doit être autorisé à travailler au Canada.
