d'expansion du marché nord-américain, l'organisation souhaite ajouter un leader
des ventes à son équipe.
Votre rôle
Relevant du président, vous serez responsable
de développer les ventes au Canada et aux États-Unis, d'identifier de nouvelles
opportunités d'affaires et de structurer les activités commerciales de
l'entreprise.
Principales
responsabilités
- Développer
de nouveaux marchés et partenariats stratégiques.
- Gérer
les réseaux de distribution et les représentants manufacturiers.
- Élaborer
et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de vente.
- Participer
au positionnement et au lancement de nouveaux produits.
- Implanter
et optimiser les outils de gestion des ventes (CRM).
- Contribuer
à la croissance et à la structuration de l'équipe commerciale.
Profil
recherché
- Minimum
de 7 ans d'expérience en développement des ventes B2B.
- Expérience
dans un environnement manufacturier ou lié à la construction.
- Excellent
sens des affaires et forte capacité de développement.
- Bilinguisme
français-anglais.
- Disponibilité
pour voyager en Amérique du Nord.
