• Experienced design professional: 6+ years in design and frontend engineering with at least 2 years in consulting or client-facing roles

• Design-obsessed builder: You have an exceptional eye for visual design, typography, and layout with a portfolio that showcases world-class interface work

• Animation specialist: You're fluent with modern animation and motion libraries (Framer Motion, React Spring, GSAP) and understand how to create smooth, purposeful micro-interactions

• Modern tooling expert: You work with contemporary design engineering tools and component libraries, staying current with the latest in React ecosystem innovations

• Portfolio-driven: You have a killer portfolio demonstrating your ability to create beautiful, functional interfaces with attention to detail and craft

• Frontend expert: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS-in-JS solutions, with deep knowledge of performance optimization and responsive design

• User-centered: You balance beautiful aesthetics with usability, conducting user testing and iterating based on real user behavior and feedback
