  • Actively participate in attribution strategy in partnership with Director of Marketing Ops and VP of Growth marketing to track impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Optimize Cost per SQL, Cost per Opportunity, and ROAS.
  • Refine lead scoring and nurture workflows with RevOps.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEM, paid social, ABM, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills, including attribution modeling and budget optimization for ROI.
  • [Preferred] Background in enterprise B2B SaaS and a passion for ESG initiatives.
