Summary
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager with a strong events marketing background to drive pipeline growth and scale Firework’s demand generation efforts. In this role, you’ll take ownership of event execution while gaining exposure to broader demand generation strategies, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize pipeline generation and conversion. What you'll be doing
- Event-Led Demand Generation: Drive pipeline growth by executing strategic events and integrating them with digital marketing, emails, growth marketing, ABM, and other demand generation channels
- Event Strategy Execution: Plan, execute, and measure industry and hosted events, including trade shows, roadshows, and live and virtual workshops, ensuring seamless operations and measurable impact on pipeline. Manage external vendors and contractors for high-quality event execution.
- Sales & ABM Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align event-driven demand generation campaigns with key account priorities and revenue goals
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Develop multi-channel pre- and post-event campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and a seamless transition from lead generation to continuous pipeline conversion
- Performance Optimization & Reporting: Analyze demand generation effectiveness using tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SFDC, and Apollo, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve ROI
- Budget & Operations: Manage campaign budgets and establish streamlined processes to ensure efficiency and maximize impact
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to align events with broader business objectives
We'll be excited if you have
- Bachelor degree in similar fields (Business, Marketing, Management)
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in B2B events marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company including ability to execute complex, highly visible projects under tight deadlines with various internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of event-driven demand generation, including ABM, lead nurturing, and multi-channel marketing strategies that align with revenue and growth objectives
- Superb project management abilities overseeing end-to-end event logistics, including vendor negotiations, budgeting, contracts, and on-site execution at scale
- Data-driven approach in measuring campaign performance, pipeline impact, and lead conversion, with the ability to optimize with creative strategies based on analytics
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Smartleads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with the ability to partner effectively across various teams (Sales, Customer Success, RevOps) and ability to influence decision-making
- Entrepreneurial-minded self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a passion for experimenting, iterating, and scaling programs
- Willingness to Travel: Comfortable traveling up to 40% to support onsite event execution and industry networking
The role is hybrid and we are looking for candidates in Toronto,Canada.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated pay range for this role is CAD $90,000-$100,000. Other factors that impact compensation may include stock options. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
