Responsibilities
Participate in the collection, analysis, and management of data related to decarbonization initiatives (transportation electrification, logistics, energy efficiency, etc.).
Support the collection of data required for the company’s annual greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory.
Assist in tracking and advancing decarbonization projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain analyses, performance metrics, Excel models, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Conduct research on decarbonization technologies, regulations, government programs, and market trends.
Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and other materials for various stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and tools.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in sustainable development, engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge in at least two of the following areas: sustainability, transportation electrification, logistics, energy efficiency, project management, or data analysis
Strong Excel skills and interest in working with data.
Familiarity with Power BI and/or Power Query is an asset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
