Operating at the intersection of analytics and business, you'll apply analytical rigor and strategic thinking to build scalable data products that empower teams, improve efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

If you’re excited about using data to shape strategy and drive business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Turn business questions into clear analytical problems and build scalable frameworks that transform one-off analyses into repeatable solutions.

  • Work with business, product, and engineering teams to define key metrics, track performance, and uncover insights that drive growth and efficiency.

  • Partner with leadership to design KPI frameworks and reporting systems aligned with strategic priorities and operational goals.

Data Ownership & Product Stewardship

  • Own your domain as a data product steward—ensure datasets, definitions, and models are accurate, well-documented, and consistently maintained.

  • Partner with data and analytical engineers to strengthen pipelines, improve data quality, and enhance modeling practices for greater reliability and scalability.

  • Help build team culture by improving processes, tools, and systems that enable consistent, high-quality analytics and better decision-making.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate data processes, making them more efficient and accessible across the organization.

Enablement & Self-Service

  • Own the complete analytics workflow—from data exploration and dashboard creation to insight delivery—empowering teams with accessible, actionable information that drives confident decision-making.

  • Integrate AI tools and automation into analytics processes to accelerate insight generation, streamline reporting, and expand self-service capabilities.

  • Build training materials and best practices that enable teams to explore data independently.

  • Create and keep documentation and data dictionaries clear and up to date, building trust and alignment across the company.

What You'll Have

  • 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company

  • A product-oriented mindset—you think in systems and build scalable solutions that create long-term value

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Finance, and Product teams to define business logic, metrics, and reporting frameworks

  • Strong experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Omni, Tableau, Mode) and a solid understanding of data modeling

  • Interest in integrating AI into analytics workflows to boost efficiency, uncover insights, and enhance decision-making

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift

  • Proficiency in Python or R for analytical modeling, exploratory analysis, and storytelling that drives business insights

  • Exceptional communication skills—you translate technical concepts into clear, accessible insights for any audience

  • Strong ownership and curiosity—you proactively drive clarity, adoption, and continuous improvement across data practices while staying current with emerging tools and technologies

  • Experience with payroll, finance, or media/entertainment domains and their data workflows is a strong plus
