Join IBM Consulting’s dynamic team supporting a major client in the Chemical & Petroleum sector. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems to ensure smooth business operations and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules
  • Perform administrative tasks and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across GL, AP, AR, and reporting
  • Collaborate with end users and IT teams to correct data and system errors
  • Recommend process and system improvements to prevent recurring issues
  • Document resolutions and maintain support logs
  • Ensure system integrations function effectively for retail operations
  • Participate in testing and validation of fixes and enhancements
  • Provide technical input for enterprise structure configurations
  • Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations
  • Assist with reporting and analytics setup
  • Follow compliance and data governance standards
