We’re seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will drive our customer advocacy efforts and amplify the voice of our most successful users. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling case studies, testimonials, and reference programs that demonstrate the impact of our B2B SaaS solutions. Reporting into the Brand & Content function, you will collaborate closely with customer success, product, and sales teams to craft authentic stories that resonate with prospects and nurture long-term customer relationships. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical marketer who is passionate about harnessing customer success to drive growth and build lasting relationships. What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies by designing and implementing marketing programs focused on case studies, testimonials, customer interviews, and advocacy initiatives to showcase customer success. 

  • Create compelling customer content by working with cross-functional teams to identify customer success stories and transforming them into high-impact written, visual, and digital assets (e.g., case studies, video testimonials, blog posts). 

  • Manage customer advocacy programs by building and nurturing a network of customer advocates and reference partners, ensuring they are engaged and well-supported to drive brand trust and market credibility. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams by partnering with customer success, product, and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of customer insights and to identify opportunities for feature enhancements based on customer feedback. 

  • Drive thought leadership by leveraging customer insights to develop thought leadership content, participate in industry events, and help position our company as a leader in the healthcare communications space. 

 

What You Bring: 

  • 3+ years of proven marketing expertise with healthcare IT marketing experience focused on customer marketing, content creation, or advocacy programs in a SaaS environment. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, including outstanding storytelling, writing, and editing abilities with the capacity to translate complex technical benefits into relatable customer success narratives. 

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to develop data-driven strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and pivot tactics based on performance insights. 

  • Collaboration and project management skills demonstrated through successful cross-functional work, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Digital marketing acumen with familiarity in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital content distribution channels. 

  • Industry knowledge, particularly experience in the B2B SaaS space, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in technology-driven markets.
