TigerConnect is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to work within our Marketing and Sales Organizations to lead the prospecting of potential new and existing clients. Our ideal candidate will be a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will work closely with our marketing and sales leadership to network with new high-level clients, exceed quota, and successfully execute TigerConnect business goals. You will lead and motivate a high-performing, revenue oriented BDR team. The ideal candidate will be determined, professional, and enthusiastic at the opportunity to break into the unique healthcare tech industry. 

This will be a hybrid position based in our Los Angeles office a minimum of 2 days per week. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives 

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline development 

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute lead-generation campaigns 

  • Conduct prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to convert new leads and build a robust Enterprise sales pipeline 

  • Partner with the Enterprise Account Executives to book value-based meetings and product demonstrations 

  • Conduct thorough research on target companies and industries to understand their pain points, challenges, and market trends 

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce of prospect interactions and sales activities 

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified pipeline development 

What You Bring: 

  • 2+ years as a manager or leader 

  • 2+ years as a BDR or in a closing role 

  • Exceptional written communication skills demonstrated through clear and concise messaging intended for doctorate-level positions 

  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets 

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools; we use Salesforce and Outreach 

  • High interest in tech, sales, and business development 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 

How We Pay: 

  • Total compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and commission 

  • We offer a competitive commission structure designed to reward for performance with accelerators and no caps 

  • This position will have On Target Earnings of $110,000 - $130,000
