This role 

As a CRM Manager, you’ll be reporting to our VP, Marketing for Canada and will be instrumental in crafting communication and lifecycle journeys, to join the Marketing team in Canada as we build out  communications to support our B2B customers & prospects through their Employment Hero journey, as well as our emerging B2C users as part of our recruitment offering.

Your key focus areas will be:

  •  In line with our CRM team initiatives, create, build, test, execute, analyse and refine the development of lifecycle automated nurture programs using Marketo
  •  Understand our data, how it’s integrated to our MarTech stack to aid segmentation build
  • Stay on top of changes to the digital landscape such as changes privacy regulation and best practices for email sends
  • Assist with reporting & optimisation of existing campaigns & programs being able to communicate the value of campaigns & programs to wider teams across the business
  • Create relevant content for Email & In Platform communications, translating technical information into easily understood human language that our prospects understand and respond to
  • Utilise best-in-market MarTech, including automated systems and analytics platforms. Prior experience on Marketo is required as well as knowledge of Braze and Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team in Canada to execute strategies but also surface opportunities to better engage our customers and prospects
Who you are

  •  Experience with Marketo, Braze and Salesforce (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
  •  Be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment (experience in B2B and ABM a plus)
  • Proven Hands-on experience setting up marketing automation and workflows
  • You will have experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • You will have analytical skills and be data-driven in your thinking, and be proficient in reporting campaign effectiveness.
  • 5-7 years experience in a Direct marketing or related professional environment
  • Able to work independently in a “remote first” work environment and to agreed deadlines
