- Effectuer le suivi des soldes bancaires et des mouvements de liquidités
- Coordonner et effectuer les ouvertures et fermetures des comptes bancaires;
- Assurer la préparation et la mise à jour de toute documentation requise par les banques tel que le KYC;
- Gérer le processus de changement de signataires;
- Compléter les investigations bancaires;
- Maintenir les procédures à jour et identifier les risques et les contrôles clés;
- Participer aux tâches de fin de période et production de divers rapports internes et externes ;
- Contribuer à des projets ad hoc dans un environnement dynamique;
- Supporter les autres membres de l’équipe de trésorerie lorsque nécessaire.
- Technique Administrative ou Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe;
- Un an à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en matière de trésorerie ou dans un poste lié aux domaine financiers et/ou bancaires;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office,
- Maîtrise de Kyriaba et Bloomberg (un atout) ;
- Solides aptitudes organisationnelles et de planification;
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique;
- Bonne communication écrite et orale en Français et en Anglais.

- Monitor bank balances and cash flows
- Coordinate and carry out the opening and closing of bank accounts;
- Ensure the preparation and updating of all documentation required by banks, such as KYC;
- Manage the process of changing authorized signatories;
- Complete bank due diligence;
- Keep procedures up to date and identify key risks and controls;
- Participate in month-end tasks and the preparation of various internal and external reports;
- Contribute to ad hoc projects in a dynamic environment;
- Support other members of the treasury team as needed.
- Administrative technician or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field;
- 1 to 3 of relevant experience in treasury or in a position related to finance and / or banking;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Kyriaba and Bloomberg (an asset);
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Good written and oral communication in French and English.
