Fuze Logistics Services est à la recherche d’un(e)  Coordonnateur(trice) du transport ferroviaire intermodal pour rejoindre son équipe à Montréal.

Le candidat retenu contribuera à soutenir les équipes des ventes et des opérations afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients. Il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité pour une personne dynamique et orientée vers le service à la clientèle souhaitant faire partie d’une équipe en pleine croissance.

Sommaire du poste :

  • Saisie des données des expéditions dans le système.
  • Suivi et traçabilité des expéditions afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
  • Collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe interne pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients avec rapidité et efficacité.
  • Servir d’intermédiaire avec les transporteurs pour résoudre les problèmes logistiques.
  • Préparer et fournir des rapports de suivi quotidiens au besoin.
  • Mettre à jour les informations de statut en temps opportun ; documenter la performance du service et le suivi des équipements.
  • Communiquer de façon proactive les problèmes à l’équipe.
  • Résoudre efficacement les problèmes tels que les enlèvements manqués, les livraisons tardives, les marchandises endommagées ou les erreurs de facturation.
  • Vérifier l’exactitude des tarifs AP/AR dans les chargements et gérer les exceptions.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche liée à la logistique assignée par le gestionnaire direct.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement 3PL.
  • Excellente connaissance du marché intermodal.
  • Expérience de travail et de communication régulière avec les portails CN/CP (obligatoire).
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, incluant Microsoft Office, PC Miller et TMW.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à travailler efficacement sous pression.
  • Capacité à suivre des procédures opérationnelles standard avec peu ou pas de supervision.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais).

Fuze Logistics Services is seeking an Intermodal Rail Transport Coordinator to join our team in Montreal.

The successful candidate will contribute to and be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and customer-oriented candidate, who is looking to become a part of a growing team!

Job Summary:

  • Data entry of shipment in the software.
  • Track & Trace shipment to ensure the well conduct of the operation.
  • Work in tandem with the internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing quick turnaround.
  • Mediate with carriers to resolve any logistical issues.
  • Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
  • Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
  • Proactively communicate issues to the team.
  • Confidently problem solve issues such as a missed pick-up, late delivery, damaged freight or incorrect billing.
  • Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
  • Execute any other logistics related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 3PL environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the intermodal market.
  • Worked and communicated with CN/CP Portals regularly (must have).
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office PC Miller and TMW.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little to no oversight.
  • Fluently bilingual in both French and English.
