The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for executing and maintaining inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, and control compliance across assigned warehouse locations. This role owns daily inventory control activities, including cycle count execution, transaction exception management, and system reconciliations, while partnering with Operations, Finance, IT, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
The position requires regular on-site presence in St-Laurent and may require occasional travel to U.S. warehouse locations to support audits and physical inventory activities.

Responsabilités clés
Gestion du programme d'inventaires tournants
- Gérer et superviser le programme quotidien d'inventaires tournants pour les entrepôts assignés, conformément au plan mensuel approuvé.
- Examiner les résultats quotidiens des comptages, enquêter sur les écarts et valider les causes fondamentales.
- Traiter et coordonner les ajustements d'inventaire en veillant à une documentation appropriée, aux approbations requises et à la conformité SOX.
- S'assurer que les soldes d'inventaire du WMS et de l'ERP (Oracle) sont alignés après la complétion des comptages et des ajustements.
- Surveiller les indicateurs de précision des inventaires tournants et signaler les problèmes récurrents ou les défaillances systémiques.
Exactitude des stocks et rapprochements
- Effectuer des rapprochements quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels entre le WMS, l'ERP Oracle et les outils de rapports.
- Enquêter et résoudre les écarts liés aux réceptions, expéditions, transferts, dommages, retours et ajustements.
- Valider les soldes d'inventaire par UGS (SKU), sous-inventaire et statut d'inventaire afin d'assurer l'alignement des systèmes.
- Soutenir les activités de clôture de fin de mois et de fin d'exercice, incluant les calendriers de rapprochement et la documentation de soutien aux audits.
Gestion des transactions, tableaux de bord et contrôles
- Surveiller et résoudre les erreurs de transactions dans les tableaux de bord Oracle B2B, D2C, Dropship et Commerce social.
- Analyser et coordonner la résolution des exceptions de transactions avec les équipes des opérations, des TI et les partenaires d'entrepôt.
- Suivre les transactions en retard ou échouées et s'assurer de leur clôture conformément aux SOP et aux SLA.
- Exécuter quotidiennement les SOP de contrôle des stocks afin de confirmer que toutes les activités requises sont réalisées et documentées.
- Identifier les lacunes de contrôle, les erreurs récurrentes ou les problèmes systèmes et les signaler avec analyse à l'appui.
Coordination avec les 3PL et gestion des réunions
- Animer des réunions hebdomadaires avec les partenaires d'entrepôts 3PL pour revoir les résultats des inventaires tournants, l'exactitude des stocks et les actions en cours.
- Préparer les ordres du jour, documenter les comptes rendus et assurer le suivi des actions jusqu'à résolution.
- Maintenir des registres prêts pour audit des enjeux, mesures correctives et tendances de performance.
Audits et soutien aux inventaires physiques
- Soutenir les inventaires physiques, audits de sortie et audits sur site du contrôle des stocks.
- Se déplacer vers des entrepôts aux États-Unis afin de soutenir l'exécution des audits et les activités de remédiation, au besoin.
- Participer aux revues de contrôles et aux demandes des auditeurs en fournissant une documentation exacte et en temps opportun.
Rapports et systèmes
- Préparer, examiner et valider les rapports et tableaux de bord d'inventaire à l'aide de Power BI, Salesforce et Excel.
- Assurer l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité et la cohérence des données avant diffusion aux équipes financières et à la direction.
- Soutenir les intégrations ERP/WMS, l'automatisation des rapports et les initiatives d'amélioration continue.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle et amélioration continue
- Agir comme liaison entre le contrôle des stocks, les opérations, les finances, les TI et les partenaires 3PL.
- Mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus afin d'accroître l'exactitude des stocks, l'efficacité des contrôles et la performance opérationnelle.
- Fournir des analyses basées sur les données pour soutenir la prise de décision.
Formation et expérience
- Baccalauréat en chaîne d'approvisionnement, comptabilité, finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (atout).
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience en contrôle des stocks, opérations d'entrepôt ou finance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Expérience pratique en gestion de programmes d'inventaires tournants dans un environnement WMS/ERP requise.
- Expérience avec l'ERP Oracle et des plateformes WMS requise.
- Expérience avec Salesforce et Power BI (atout).
- Connaissance des contrôles SOX et des audits internes (atout).
Compétences
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.

Cycle Count Program Ownership
- Own and manage the daily cycle count program for assigned warehouses in accordance with the approved monthly count plan.
- Review daily count results, investigate variances, and validate root causes.
- Process and coordinate inventory adjustments, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and SOX compliance.
- Ensure WMS and ERP (Oracle) inventory balances are aligned following count completion and adjustments.
- Monitor cycle count accuracy metrics and escalate recurring issues or systemic failures.
Inventory Accuracy and Reconciliation
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations between WMS, Oracle ERP, and reporting tools.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to receipts, shipments, transfers, damages, returns, and adjustments.
- Validate inventory balances by SKU, sub-inventory, and inventory status to ensure system alignment.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliation schedules and audit support documentation.
Transaction Management, Dashboards and Controls
- Monitor and resolve transaction errors on Oracle B2B, D2C, Dropship, and Social Commerce dashboards.
- Research and coordinate resolution of transaction exceptions with Operations, IT, and warehouse partners.
- Track delinquent or failed transactions and ensure timely closure in accordance with SOPs and SLAs.
- Execute daily inventory control SOPs to confirm all required control activities are completed and documented.
- Identify control gaps, recurring errors, or system issues and escalate with supporting analysis.
3PL Coordination and Meeting Management
- Chair weekly calls with 3PL warehouse partners to review cycle count results, inventory accuracy, and open action items.
- Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions to resolution.
- Maintain audit-ready logs of issues, corrective actions, and performance trends.
Audits and Physical Inventory Support
- Support physical inventories, exit audits, and on-site inventory control audits.
- Travel to U.S. warehouse locations may be required to support audit execution and remediation activities.
- Participate in control walkthroughs and auditor requests, providing accurate and timely documentation.
Reporting and Systems
- Prepare, review, and validate inventory reports and dashboards using Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data prior to distribution to Finance and leadership.
- Support ERP/WMS integrations, reporting automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Act as a liaison between Inventory Control, Operations, Finance, IT, and 3PL partners.
- Drive process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights to support inventory and operational decision-making.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain finance.
- Hands-on experience managing cycle count programs in a WMS/ERP environment required.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and WMS platforms required.
- Experience using Salesforce and Power BI for reporting and analytics preferred.
- Exposure to SOX controls, internal audits, or regulated inventory environments is an asset.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with dashboards and large datasets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily execution while meeting longer-term deadlines.
- Effective meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to U.S. warehouse locations as required.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
