Votre rôle
En tant que conseiller(ère) à la vente, vous serez au cœur de
l’expérience client :
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients avec enthousiasme;
- Comprendre leurs besoins pour leur proposer des meubles et
accessoires adaptés;
- Mettre en valeur nos collections en créant des présentations
attrayantes;
- Accompagner les clients dans la concrétisation de leurs projets de
décoration;
- Participer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente de
l’équipe.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Une personne dynamique, souriante et passionnée par la vente;
- Un(e) bon(ne) communicateur(trice) qui sait créer des liens de
confiance;
- Sens de l’esthétique et créativité pour inspirer nos clients;
- Esprit d’équipe et énergie positive;
- Expérience en vente ou en service à la clientèle (un atout).
