Relevant de la directrice de la location et expérience client, la personne sélectionnée sera responsable de la location d’appartements. Elle devra accompagner les futurs locataires dans le choix de leur nouveau chez-soi tout en participant à l’atteinte des objectifs de location.
Le conseiller à la location est bien plus qu’un vendeur 
: c’est une personne de confiance, un accompagnateur dans une étape importante de vie. Il comprend que changer de milieu de vie peut être un moment délicat, et il sait rendre ce passage rassurant, humain et positif. Le rendre plus transférable d’un projet à l’autre dans la formulation et moins dans la notion de changement de milieu de vie et étape importante de vie. 

 

TON RÔLE ET TES RESPONSABILITÉS 

Plus précisément, ton quotidien avec nous ressemblera à : 

  • Assurer la gestion des demandes de location et utiliser les outils mis à ta disposition afin de présenter le projet et les appartements aux prospects; 
  • Accompagner, guider et conseiller les futurs résidents tout au long du processus de sélection de leur futur appartement en prenant en compte leurs besoins et attentes; 
  • Tenir à jour une liste de clients potentiels et effectuer des suivis rigoureux et constants des prospects à l’aide du système de gestion de la relation client (CRM); 
  • Rédiger les contrats de location et veiller à leur bonne exécution; 
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client en offrant un service personnalisé et de qualité; 
  • Participer à la stratégie de marketing locatif pour promouvoir le projet immobilier; 
  • Effectuer une vigie concurrentielle dans le secteur; 
  • Participer aux différents événements organisés pour supporter la location; 
  • Faire du démarchage dans la communauté; 
  • Assurer le support et la coordination en vue des emménagements; 
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes. 

 

EXPÉRIENCE ET EXIGENCES 

  • Expérience dans la vente, la location ou le service à la clientèle, idéalement dans un contexte résidentiel ou auprès d’une clientèle vieillissante;  
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit; 
  • Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, des outils de collaboration (Teams) et des systèmes de gestion de la relation client CRM (Hubspot) (un atout); 
  • Aisance dans la communication orale et écrite, avec un langage clair, courtois et rassurant; 
  • Capacité à comprendre les besoins d’une clientèle mature et à les conseiller efficacement; 
  • Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement dynamique; 
  • Connaissance du milieu des résidences pour ainés (un atout); 
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur et approche humaine.

Reporting to the Director of Leasing and Customer Experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for leasing apartments. They will assist prospective tenants in choosing their new home while helping to meet leasing goals.
A leasing advisor is much more than a salesperson: they are a trusted advisor, guiding tenants through an important life transition. They understand that changing living environments can be a challenging time, and they know how to make this transition reassuring, compassionate, and positive. They focus on making the process more transferable from one project to another in terms of how it’s presented, rather than emphasizing the concept of changing living environments or major life transitions.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, your day-to-day work with us will involve:

  • Manage rental inquiries and use the tools provided to you to present the project and the apartments to prospective tenants;
  • Support, guide, and advise prospective residents throughout the process of selecting their future apartment, taking their needs and expectations into account;
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of potential clients and conduct rigorous and consistent follow-ups with prospects using the customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • Draft lease agreements and ensure they are properly executed;
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized, high-quality service;
  • Contribute to the rental marketing strategy to promote the real estate project;
  • Monitor the competitive landscape in the sector;
  • Participate in various events organized to support leasing;
  • Conduct outreach within the community;
  • Provide support and coordination for move-ins;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales, rentals, or customer service, ideally in a residential setting or with an aging clientele;
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, collaboration tools (Teams), and CRM systems (HubSpot) (a plus);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, courteous, and reassuring tone;
  • Ability to understand the needs of a mature clientele and advise them effectively;
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of the senior living sector (a plus);
  • Organizational skills, independence, attention to detail, and a people-oriented approach.
