Soutenir le Contrôleur / Chef comptable dans l'ensemble de ses tâches et contribuer au bon déroulement du cycle comptable complet
Préparer et comptabiliser les écritures de journal (régularisations, charges payées d'avance, amortissements, paie, etc.)
Participer activement aux fermetures de fin de mois, de fin de trimestre et de fin d'année
Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et l'analyse des comptes du grand livre
Contribuer à la préparation des états financiers et des rapports de gestion mensuels
Préparer les remises gouvernementales (TPS/TVQ, retenues à la source) et appuyer les déclarations fiscales
Traiter les transactions intersociétés avec les entités internationales du groupe
Soutenir l'équipe lors des audits externes (préparation des documents de travail, réponses aux auditeurs)
Réviser et appuyer le travail du commis comptable (comptes fournisseurs et comptes clients)
Valider la paie à la suite de la saisie effectuée par l'équipe des ressources humaines
Veiller au respect des contrôles internes, des politiques comptables et des bonnes pratiques
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation des outils (ERP / Workday)
Collaborer avec les équipes de production et des ressources humaines pour assurer l'exactitude des données financières liées aux projets
Baccalauréat en comptabilité (obligatoire)
Titre CPA obtenu ou en voie d'obtention (un atout)
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité (expérience dans une entreprise technologique ou un studio de jeu vidéo : un atout)
Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de bureautique
Connaissance des normes comptables (NCECF / IFRS)
Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d'analyse, sens de l'organisation et attention aux détails
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif
Atout important : expérience avec Workday (finances ou RH)
Connaissance d'un ERP ou logiciel comptable : un plus
Bilingue français-anglais

Support the Controller / Chief Accountant across their full range of responsibilities and contribute to the smooth running of the complete accounting cycle
Prepare and record journal entries (accruals, prepaids, depreciation, payroll, etc.)
Actively participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and monthly management reports
Prepare government remittances (GST/QST, source deductions) and support tax filings
Process intercompany transactions with the group's international entities
Support the team during external audits (preparing working papers, responding to auditors)
Review and support the accounting clerk's work (accounts payable and receivable)
Validate payroll following the data entry performed by the Human Resources team
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and sound practices
Contribute to continuous process improvement and the optimization of tools (ERP / Workday)
Collaborate with production and human resources teams to ensure the accuracy of project-related financial data
Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
CPA designation completed or in progress (an asset)
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting (experience in a technology company or video game studio is an asset)
Excellent proficiency in Excel and office tools
Knowledge of accounting standards (ASPE / IFRS)
Rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
Strong asset: experience with Workday (finance or HR)
Knowledge of an ERP or accounting software: a plus
Bilingual French-English
