Compensation specialist

Job Description

You are known for your attention to quality, recognized for your courtesy, adept with numbers, and possess good judgment, here is an opportunity for you.

This position will allow you to work in a dynamic environment where you will be handling inquiries related to the compensation of the sales force while providing outstanding customer service.

Primary responsibilities:

• Analyzing and processing inquiries and modifications regarding the compensation of the sales force;

• Providing customer service via email and phone;

• Upon request from the sales force, analyzing transactions and providing necessary explanations referring to the commission schedule;

• Explaining compensation rules and various bonuses to the sales force;

• Using multiple computer systems to make changes to records and ensure follow-up;

• Reporting abnormal situations and contributing to finding solutions in a LEAN environment;

Requirements:

• College or university degree in administration, financial services, or related fields

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Bilingual

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Knowledge of products and financial services offered by iA Financial Group
