We are looking for a Communications Intern to join our Public Relations team here at FlightHub. Working alongside Ayoub, Director of Branding & Communications, you will be responsible for writing and editing engaging stories, articles, and guides that bring our brand to life. Collaborate with teams across the business to gather travel insights, employee stories, and behind-the-scenes content, all while providing light administrative support across communications tasks.

Many career paths can prepare you for this life-changing opportunity, but preferably, you’re highly skilled in:

  • Participating in brainstorms and contributing to planning sessions for upcoming communication initiatives;
  • Contributing fresh ideas to improve internal communications and customer engagement content;
  • Supporting content research for articles and newsletters, including trends in travel, communications, or company culture;
  • Supporting the development of internal newsletters, announcements, and company-wide updates;
  • Ability to work independently and with various teams, in a fast paced tech environment;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office;
  • Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.

En collaboration avec Ayoub, directeur de la marque et de la communication, vous serez chargé de rédiger et d'éditer des récits, des articles et des guides captivants qui donneront vie à notre marque. Vous travaillerez avec les différentes équipes de l'entreprise pour recueillir des informations sur les voyages, des témoignages d'employés et des contenus sur les coulisses de l'entreprise, tout en apportant un soutien administratif léger pour les tâches de communication.

De nombreux parcours professionnels peuvent vous préparer à cette opportunité qui changera votre vie, mais il est préférable que vous soyez hautement qualifié dans les domaines suivants :

  • Participer à des séances de brainstorming et contribuer à la planification des prochaines initiatives de communication ;
  • Apporter des idées nouvelles pour améliorer la communication interne et le contenu destiné à l'engagement des clients ;
  • Soutenir la recherche de contenu pour des articles et des bulletins d'information, notamment sur les tendances en matière de voyages, de communication ou de culture d'entreprise ;
  • Soutenir le développement des bulletins d'information internes, des annonces et des mises à jour à l'échelle de l'entreprise ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et avec différentes équipes, dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution ;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office ;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
