Description du poste :
- Offrir un excellent service et fidéliser la clientèle ;
- Évaluer les besoins des clients et fournir des conseils éclairés et spécialisés sur les produits du département
- Présenter et montrer la marchandise en expliquant ses caractéristiques et suggérer des produits complémentaires ;
- S'informer des nouveaux produits et de leurs caractéristiques techniques ;
- Développer une connaissance de base de tous les produits en magasin;
- Respecter les politiques et les procédures en vigueur en matière de santé, sécurité et de prévention des pertes ;
- Accomplir les autres tâches demandées et définies par son supérieur en lien avec la nature de l'emploi.
