Your mission

Support the business units / subsidiaries in defining use cases and monitor the company's data projects.
Deploy the company's data strategy by managing projects based on the analysis of strategic company data.
Liaise between information technology profiles (data experts), business profiles and business profiles.
Help ensure the compliance and proper organization of data in information systems (repository data, customers, company’s articles and metadata related to standards and regulations) by applying the governance rules defined within the framework of the Group data strategy.

Who you are ?

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Commercial Excellence across Canada for Dermo-Cosmetics (DCPC) and Medical Care by transforming commercial data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable strategies that accelerate profitable growth.
Own the affiliate's key commercial performance levers, including Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, CRM, Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Retail Execution, and Performance Management.
Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Leadership Team, driving fact-based decision-making, execution excellence, and continuous business improvement.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial Performance & Business Insights

Analyze business, customer, channel, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Lead business performance reviews and Risks & Opportunities processes.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Support forecasting, business planning, and performance management routines.
2. Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

Lead pricing, promotion, trade investment, and profitability optimization initiatives.

Evaluate customer, channel, and portfolio profitability to improve commercial returns.

Build business cases to support customer planning, investment decisions, and Joint Business Plans.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve Gross-to-Net performance and ROI.

Drive data-based actions that maximize profitable growth.
3. Commercial Analytics, BI & CRM

Own commercial reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities.

Ensure a single source of truth across commercial and financial data.

Translate complex data into clear business actions and recommendations.

Drive CRM adoption, governance, and data quality.
4. Sales Force Effectiveness & Execution Excellence

Lead Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives across DCPC and Medical Care.

Optimize targeting, segmentation, territory design, and field productivity.

Monitor field performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and ROI.

Support implementation of global best practices and tools.
5. Retail Execution & Category Excellence

Monitor assortment, distribution, visibility, and activation performance.

Support category, shopper, and customer initiatives that drive growth.

Evaluate retail execution effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a trusted advisor to the GM and Leadership Team (CODIR)

Influence business decisions through analytics, insights, and commercial expertise.

Lead Commercial Excellence projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build organizational capabilities in analytics, RGM, performance management, and execution excellence.

Partner with Global and IBU teams to implement frameworks, tools, and best practices.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Commerce, or related field.

MBA or Master's degree considered an asset.

3-7 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Revenue Growth Management, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or related commercial functions.

Proven track record of improving commercial performance through analytics, insights, and business partnering.

Experience in Consumer Healthcare, Dermo-Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
LANGUAGES

Bilingual English and French (spoken and written) required.
COMPUTER SKILLS

Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau capabilities.

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
