dcbel Inc. (www.dcbel.energy) designs and sells residential products to make clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to all — because everyone in the world deserves energy without compromise.

dcbel is at the leading edge of the residential energy revolution. Its products enable decentralized energy consumption and production through its vertically integrated suite of energy hardware and software products, and their supporting infrastructure.

Our flagship product, dcbel Ara, is a Home Energy Station that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and power their home, unlocking their EV’s battery for blackout protection, backup power (V2H) and grid services (V2G), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, stationary battery and the grid.

The opportunity

dcbel is seeking a Collaboration & Document Systems Administrator to own and continuously improve our enterprise collaboration and documentation platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and documentation/CLM systems. This role is accountable for ensuring these platforms are secure, scalable, structured, and fully aligned with business workflows—enabling efficient collaboration, controlled documentation lifecycle management, and operational excellence across the organization.

Main responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end configuration and operational integrity of collaboration and documentation platforms (Jira, Confluence, documentation/contract management platform), ensuring they function as cohesive, governed systems embedded in dcbel’s operating model.
  • Own the technical design, scalability, and maintainability of workflows, schemas, and system configurations, ensuring they support cross-functional use cases without degrading over time or becoming operational bottlenecks.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks and operating standards, ensuring platforms remain structured, auditable, and sustainable as adoption expands.
  • Own the enforcement of access models and security structures, ensuring data is protected, access is appropriate, and collaboration is enabled without compromising control.
  • Own the maintenance and overhead of the enterprise documentation model, including taxonomy, metadata, repository structures, and lifecycle rules, ensuring documentation remains structured, traceable, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS Collaboration or Documentation platform administration
  • Strong experience on Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Docusign Adobe Sign and Sharepoint.
  • Proven expertise working with Jira workflows and custom approbations.
  • Proven expertise managing permissions and security on collaboration platforms.

Profile

  • Proven ownership of enterprise-scale Jira and Confluence environments, including the design of workflow, permission models, in a multiple team environment.
  • Proven track record of managing platform complexity across multiple stakeholders and domains, avoiding fragmentation and maintaining system integrity over time.
  • Experience enforcing governance frameworks and operating standards, including balancing control, usability, and adoption in enterprise environments.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining security and access control models that support compliance and collaboration needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with full platform accountability beyond ticket-based support, including ownership of outcomes, decisions, and long-term system sustainability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, result oriented and strong EQ.

What's in it for you

  • Be part of a company that is backed by numerous globally respected investors and has world-changing patents in an industry changing for the first time in history.
  • Grow your professional experience amongst blue chip partners and a close-knit team of committed and experienced energy experts who deeply care about the work they do.
  • Full benefits package including Health insurance, Health virtual care, employee stock options plan (ESOP) and flexible hours. Parking available or with our employer commute program a short walking distance from Metro Namur.
