Own and evolve the enterprise integration services architecture across ERP, CRM, engineering, collaboration, and SaaS platforms. Lead system-to-system data movement, orchestration, automation, governance, security, and data consistency. Restructure the integration layer to support the company’s AI strategy while ensuring scalable, reliable, and performant services using Azure, APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, and Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Designs and governs the target architecture for ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, QMS, and analytics systems. Leads fit-to-standard adoption, AI integration, architecture governance, data flows, and business application roadmaps. Models manufacturing processes from product design and BOM management through production, shipping, and invoicing, with Business Central as the product-data source of truth. Requires extensive ERP, CRM, business application, MES, and solution architecture experience, plus regular onsite presence near Montreal.

Provide Level 1 customer support for residential energy products through phone, email, and live chat. Diagnose configuration and product issues, guide customers through troubleshooting, coordinate Level 2 and field support, maintain CRM and knowledge-base records, monitor complaints, resolve service concerns, and share customer feedback with internal teams. The role requires strong communication, customer relationship skills, familiarity with residential solar and storage systems, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluency in French and English.

Supports technical sales and partner adoption of residential energy hardware and software. Responsibilities include B2B discovery, qualification, product demonstrations, webinars, technical presentations, proposal and RFI/RFP/RFQ content, and deep-dive sessions with utilities, aggregators, automotive OEMs, installers, and home builders. The role requires field experience with distributed energy resources, power electronics, EV charging and integration protocols, plus the ability to diagnose technical issues using logs, packet captures, APIs, and field or laboratory test setups.

Own dcbel’s product knowledge system, establishing information architecture, terminology, governance, content standards, and AI-assisted creation guardrails. Translate product definitions, requirements, scenarios, release scope, and customer profiles into clear, reusable guidance across customer, partner, installation, FAQ, and support channels. Identify knowledge gaps, reduce ambiguity, maintain accuracy and consistency, and build trust in dcbel’s autonomous residential energy products while collaborating with Product Management, Design, Release Readiness, Customer Experience, and Support.

The HR Coordinator will support HR operations by managing employee information, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and engagement activities while maintaining accurate records and improving employee experience.

The Senior DevOps Specialist will design, deploy, and maintain cloud applications, improve CI/CD pipelines, and manage observability solutions.

Develop and maintain graphical user interfaces and networking applications for embedded Linux devices using Qt/QML and modern C++. Optimize performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, collaborate with UI/UX designers, interface with cloud infrastructure, and promote good engineering practices through design and code reviews.

Hands-on role that tests and evaluates the Ara home energy product in realistic residential scenarios, identifies user experience strengths and gaps, rechecks features as they evolve, documents findings for product teams, and contributes customer-focused inputs for documentation and readiness decisions.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI product design across multi-surface hardware+software platforms. Define and maintain design systems, deliver customer and partner experiences, mentor and lead a small design team, produce development-ready assets, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and operations to ensure consistent, intuitive, and reliable interactions.
