Computershare Plan Managers (CPM) is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager clients and their individual employee share plan holders. 

The Client Reporting Consultant operates within Plan Managers at a local level supporting North American clients but is expected to work within the agreed global operating framework and closely with peers across the world. The role is responsible for working directly with clients to identify solutions based on understanding and supporting their business reporting requirements. Throughout the client engagement the role holder provides consultation, guidance and feedback in order to support client achievement of objectives.

The Client Reporting Consultant is also expected to work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and clients and support client with obtaining optimal value from their data via training and continuous improvement.

The Client Reporting Consultant is accountable for engaging North American clients in relation to their reporting requirements and building business partnerships through which consultancy is provided to clients, with the ultimate goals of supporting them with achieving their reporting objectives.

The role holder will build detailed business knowledge and understanding of data and reporting capabilities to provide effective consultation and solutions to clients.  The role holder will be comfortable building rapport and relationships with clients and will build trust and advocacy through their day-to-day contact with clients.

The role will work closely with Relationship Managers, Account Managers and the broader CPM Operational team, both locally and globally to ensure solutions delivered are in line with business and client expectations. 

It is also a requirement to drive and support continuous improvement and project related activity both at a team, department, and organisational level.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Engage clients to understand specific reporting requirements in respect of their share plan information needs
  • Partner with Clients to ascertain their needs and provide insight to enable them to maximise the impact of our services 
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support product initiatives
  • Key contributor to gathering & developing our report offering, both short and long term
  • Provide technical solutions and outputs to client requests, following appropriate controls and risk assessments
  • Utilise change management techniques to develop sustainable scalable solutions across all clients
  • Provide training to users ensuring optimal value from reporting
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, to drive efficiencies and customer service
  • Regional support for both internal and external escalations
  • Build and maintain networks internally and externally to gain insight and keep abreast of industry trends.  Anticipates business challenges and make recommendations to mitigate risk

  • Significant experience working with and producing complex data
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Experience in collaborating with and influencing clients

Preferred:

  • Experienced in leading and managing change and transformation 
  • Experienced in strategy and planning 
  • Knowledge of Share plans business & the associated regulatory environment
  • Deep understanding of the share plan industry and competitors

Compensation: The typical base salary for this role is $52,000-$78,000 with eligibility of a discretionary bonus.
