Partner with North American clients to gather and deliver reporting solutions for employee share plans. Provide consultation, build stakeholder relationships, create and improve reports, deliver training, support escalations, and drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across global teams.

Designs, delivers and manages global learning programs (onboarding, leadership, core skills, D&I, wellbeing). Conducts needs analysis, facilitates training, evaluates effectiveness, coordinates global training calendar, supports performance management, and promotes talent and learning initiatives across regions.

Complete high-volume cash, general ledger, and share account reconciliations for employee share plan activity. Identify and document out-of-balance variances, update reconciliation tools, communicate with operational teams, meet daily deadlines, and improve reconciliation processes while maintaining accurate reporting for North American operations.
