Comment vous aurez un impact

  • Diriger et inspirer votre équipe de projet, établir des lignes directrices claires et répartir efficacement les tâches.

  • Élaborer des documents complets de planification de projet, y compris des plans financiers et de portée, des calendriers et des stratégies de gestion des risques.

  • Veiller au respect des pratiques exemplaires et des politiques d’Hitachi Energy tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.

  • Surveiller et contrôler l’avancement des projets en optimisant l’utilisation des ressources.

  • Superviser les aspects financiers, y compris la facturation, les coûts, les dépenses et la gestion des flux de trésorerie.

  • Cerner et gérer les risques liés au projet et saisir les occasions d’amélioration.

  • Recueillir et partager les leçons apprises pour améliorer les projets futurs.

  • Assurer la clôture officielle du projet et la reconnaissance du client.

  • Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices externes et internes applicables.

Votre parcours

  • Diplôme en génie électrique ou mécanique ou l’équivalent.

  • Expérience de 5 ans en gestion de projet, un atout.

  • Solides compétences en gestion de la relation client et en service.

  • Approche collaborative, adaptable et dynamique.

  • Approche axée sur les résultats et forte capacité d’influence.

  • Capacité à gérer de multiples priorités efficacement.

  • Attitude positive et leadership au sein des équipes de projet.

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais).

The Opportunity 

Step into a dynamic role at Hitachi Energy as a Project Manager, where you'll lead medium to large scale projects with precision and passion. Your mission is to ensure all activities align with our policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements. Collaborate with customers, engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and more to make a significant impact.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and inspire your project team, setting clear guidelines and allocating tasks effectively.

  • Develop comprehensive project planning documents, including financial and scope plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and Hitachi Energy policies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor and control project progress, optimizing resource utilization.

  • Oversee financial aspects, including billing, costs, expenses, and cash flow management.

  • Identify and manage project risks, seizing opportunities for improvement.

  • Collect and share valuable lessons learned to enhance future projects.

  • Ensure formal project closure and client recognition.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • 5 years of project management experience is a plus.

  • Strong skills in customer relationship management and service.

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and dynamic approach.

  • Results-driven with strong influencing capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Positive attitude and leadership in project teams.

  • Bilingual (French and English).

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
