Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Partner Channel Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships and drive lead generation through referral channels. This key role involves building and nurturing relationships with consulting firms, other software vendors, and prominent organizations. The Partner Channel Manager will focus on cultivating referral partners to generate high-quality leads, which will be transferred to our Business development or Account Executive teams.

Responsabilities:

Product Showcase

  • Fully demonstrate SOLOCHAIN WMS application to partners.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and establish relationships with potential referral partners, including consulting firms, software vendors, and system integrators.
  • Develop strategic alliances with major industry players to create a steady pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements that define mutual objectives and expectations.

Lead Generation and Management

  • Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
  • Implement processes to track, monitor, and transfer leads effectively to the internal business development or account executive teams.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between partners and internal teams to maximize lead conversion.

Partner Enablement

  • Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote our WMS solutions.
  • Organize joint webinars, workshops, and events to strengthen partner relationships and enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop marketing materials and co-branded content tailored for partners.
  • The Partner Channel Manager will be the voice of the client at Generix and communicate every request or evolution to the appropriate department.

Performance Monitoring

  • Establish KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships and optimize efforts accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance and lead generation outcomes.
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve partner satisfaction and business outcomes.

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Leverage market insights to identify new partnership opportunities and refine strategies.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (an MBA is considered a strong asset);

  • Over 5 years of experience in partner channel management, business development, or a similar role within the IT or software industry;

  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful partner referral programs;

  • Experience working with consulting firms, software vendors, and enterprise clients;

  • Strong understanding of WMS or related IT solutions;

  • Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States as needed to meet partners and attend industry events;

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management platforms;
