The Role
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual passionate about building impactful partnerships in the fast-evolving digital trust and cybersecurity landscape? GeoComply is seeking an accomplished Channel Partner Sales Manager to significantly expand our market reach and accelerate revenue growth through a thriving partner ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel management, sales, or business development, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:
As our Channel Partner Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:

Strategic Partner Development & Management:
- Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing channel partners across diverse verticals, including Games, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, and more.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring partner success by addressing needs, resolving challenges, and fostering deep alignment for mutual growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand product adoption and drive revenue within our robust partner network.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, empowering partners with the knowledge and tools to drive new business opportunities effectively.

Sales & Technical Enablement:
- Design and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs, including in-depth training, compelling sales support materials, and regular, impactful engagement touchpoints.
- Educate partners on our cutting-edge product offerings, competitive positioning, and optimal go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partners have all the necessary tools and resources to achieve mutual goals.

Channel Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute impactful channel strategies and business plans to consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Monitor key performance metrics, meticulously analyze data, and implement initiatives that optimize partner performance and drive significant growth.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to support partner-driven campaigns and initiatives that amplify our market presence.

Market Insights & Feedback Loop:
- Stay ahead of the curve by constantly monitoring market trends, competitor activities (especially within CDN, cybersecurity, and digital identity solutions), and the evolving partner landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
- Provide invaluable feedback to internal teams, directly influencing our product development roadmap and marketing strategies.

Performance Reporting & Analysis:
- Utilize Salesforce and other analytics tools to meticulously track and report partner performance against KPIs and business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular, insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership on channel performance, strategic initiatives, and market dynamics.

Who You Are

  • You are a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong desire to make a significant impact.
  • You'll bring:5+ years of demonstrable experience in channel/partner management, sales, or business development roles, specifically within the technology sector (SaaS, cloud services, security, or content delivery network (CDN) solutions).
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue targets and performance objectives.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Direct experience working with or for major CDN, security, or identity management providers (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, Imperva, AWS CloudFront, Azure CDN, Google Cloud CDN, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.), or their key channel partners is a significant advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment akin to a high-growth scale-up, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently while adapting quickly to evolving market requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
