What you will do
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend information technology solutions that address specific operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation and improvement of systems and business processes.
- Define system scope, objectives, and documentation standards for new and existing initiatives.
- Create detailed functional and technical documentation to guide tool implementation and process improvements.
- Evaluate new software tools and technologies to determine fit within current and future IT environments.
- Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating issue reporting, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Support system enhancements by defining requirements, participating in testing, and ensuring smooth adoption by end users.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or STEM-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, ideally within internal IT teams.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in both business and IT environments.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes and systems.
- Experience creating high-quality documentation including functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating issue resolutions.
- Strong ability to research, evaluate, and recommend software solutions and internal process improvements.
