BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Cosmetic Physician Partners | Montréal, QC | Full time | Travel 2 to 4 nights per month

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll act as the growth activator for a portfolio of clinics, translating GTM strategies and playbooks into practical, clinic-specific growth plans.

You’ll work closely with clinic leaders to understand their market, business and priorities, adapt the right growth initiatives to their needs, and support activation across areas such as service growth, memberships, patient conversion and new program launches.

You’ll report to the Director of GTM Strategy & Implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with clinic leaders to translate GTM strategies and priorities into actionable clinic-level growth plans.
  • Adapt network playbooks, programs and tools to the needs, market and opportunities of each clinic.
  • Lead the activation of growth initiatives across areas such as service launches, memberships, patient acquisition, conversion and cross-category growth.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, L&D and other partners to ensure clinics have the tools, training and support required to execute.
  • Support clinics through implementation, removing barriers and driving momentum from plan to activation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to understand progress, identify opportunities and adjust activation plans as needed.
  • Share clinic feedback, barriers and emerging opportunities with GTM to help strengthen future programs and playbooks.
  • Build strong relationships with clinic leaders and act as a trusted partner in driving sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, growth, marketing, operations or a related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into practical action.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders or locations simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and use it to guide priorities and decisions.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with an ability to move initiatives forward.
  • Clear, concise communication and comfort working with both frontline teams and senior leaders.
  • Willingness to travel to clinics as required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is considered an asset.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, retail, or other multi-location service businesses.

BENEFITS

  • International scope, Montreal home base: Based in Montreal but working across US clinics, you get the lifestyle of one market and the scale of another.
  • Work alongside top providers: Partner directly with some of the most respected doctors and providers in US medical aesthetics, surgical aesthetics, and wellness.
  • On-the-ground integration: Approximately 25% of your time is spent in clinics, traveling to practices, embedding with their teams, and shaping strategy with real context, not from behind a screen.
  • Real perks: Experience the treatments yourself at our clinics (injectables, lasers, facials, wellness services, and more) and enjoy corporate discounts on the premium retail brands we carry in clinic. You'll know the work because you've lived it.
  • A fast, dynamic category: Medical aesthetics and wellness are evolving faster than almost any other corner of the beauty industry. Expect new devices, services, and trends every quarter, and the opportunity to influence how leading clinics respond to them.
