About the Role
This Business Analyst, HR Systems will support the profit-sharing program. The Analyst will work very closely with the Manager, HR systems to support the process. This role is a 12-Month contract.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for calculating the allocations for specific group of participants in Magna profit sharing plan
- Prepare documents and instructions to support the process
- Provide support to divisional HR teams during the process
- Analyze data and identify data issues
- Perform data cleaning
Who we are looking for
- Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills
- Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and Access
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of DBMS and SQL
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Your preferred qualifications
- University degree in information systems, business administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with HR systems (experience supporting Workday / PeopleSoft is an asset)
- Payroll experience is an asset
- Experience with programming and coding is an asset
