Are you passionate about optimizing production pipelines and enhancing development tools? As a Build and Pipeline Programmer, you'll play a crucial role in refining our workflows and implementing innovative features. Your expertise will drive efficiency and performance, ensuring a seamless development process.
In this role, you will :
- Work closely with the leads and other engineers to define solution requirements & specs.
- Debug and optimize your code to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Assess and communicate the possible impacts of code changes.
- Design and implement technical solutions that answer the team’s needs and meet our standards of quality and performance.
- Carefully test newly implemented features and suggest improvements.
- Actively participate in code reviews.
- Keep updated on the latest technological trends.
What we're looking for :
- You are proficient with Python and C#.
- You are familiar with the pipeline and tools of Unreal Engine and/or other game engines.
- You appreciate solving challenging technical problems with the most effective solutions.
- You are familiar with continuous integration, automated tools, package versioning and distribution.
- You have a solid understanding of systems design, user experience and good algorithmic knowledge.
- You can prioritize, plan and organize your work while respecting deadlines.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong interest and a real enthusiasm for video games and the environment we work in; Familiar with API architecture, design and documentation.
- Experience with C++, Jenkins, AWS and Amazon Gamelift is a plus.
Dans ce rôle tu devras :
- Collaborer étroitement avec les leads et les ingénieurs pour définir les exigences techniques et les solutions adaptées ;
- Déboguer et optimiser le code afin de maximiser la performance et la qualité ;
- Évaluer et communiquer les impacts potentiels des modifications du code ;
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques répondant aux besoins de l’équipe tout en respectant des standards élevés de performance ;
- Tester rigoureusement les nouvelles fonctionnalités et proposer des améliorations ;
- Participer activement aux revues de code pour garantir les bonnes pratiques ;
- Se tenir informé des dernières tendances technologiques afin de stimuler l’innovation.
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Une maîtrise de Python et C# ;
- Une bonne connaissance des pipelines et des outils d’Unreal Engine ou d’autres moteurs de jeu ;
- Un goût prononcé pour la résolution de problèmes techniques complexes avec des solutions efficaces ;
- De l’expérience en intégration continue, outils automatisés, versionnement et distribution de packages;
- Une solide compréhension du design des systèmes, de l’expérience utilisateur et des algorithmes ;
- La capacité à prioriser les tâches, respecter les délais et organiser son travail efficacement ;
- De bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ;
- Une véritable passion pour les jeux vidéo et l’industrie du divertissement ;
- Une familiarité avec l’architecture, le design et la documentation des API ;
- Une expérience avec C++, Jenkins, AWS et Amazon GameLift serait un atout.
