The Pension Calculation Verification Analyst is responsible for identifying calculation test scenarios that will ensure proper test coverage, running those calculation tests using our retirement calculation software, verifying them, and reporting and tracking the resolution of any anomalies detected.

Responsabilités principales

  • Communique avec les responsables fonctionnels, les analystes d’affaires pour avoir une compréhension claire de la portée des tests
  • Analyse les documents techniques pour identifier les scénarios de tests requis
  • Exécute et vérifie les résultats de calculs des scénarios de tests, signale les anomalies
  • Maintient la suite de tests à jour en fonction des nouvelles fonctionnalités ajoutées ou des modifications apportées aux fonctionnalités existantes
  • Participe aux réunions d'équipe et aux sessions de revue de calculs
  • Collabore avec les équipes multidisciplinaires pour la résolution de problème
  • Contribue à l'amélioration continue des processus de vérification

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire en actuariat, mathématiques, statistique ou finance
  • 2+ ans d'expérience en régime de retraite DB canadien ou américain
  • 1+ an d'expérience en vérification de calculs de régime de retraite
  • Expérience concrète avec les outils de calcul de régime de retraite
  • Connaissance d'Azure DevOps ou outil similaire de gestion de tâches (atout)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.
  • Maitrise d’Excel
  • Connaissance en programmation VBA (atout)
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation
  • Grande capacité de résolution de problèmes
  • Souci du détail
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et de façon autonome
