MPP Sales Support provides comprehensive technology and sales support for the various Manulife Broker Tools platforms. In this role, you will assist Mortgage Brokers, Business Development Managers, and Lenders to enhance productivity, client relationships, and the quality of MPP/CSP insurance applications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver industry leading customer service through both phone and email channels, promptly handling inquiries, and ensuring timely follow up through to resolution.

  • Set up and support both Lender and Broker profiles as required for participation in the MCI programs.

  • Provide business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes to Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Manulife Sales team members. This include responding to inquiries about policies, compensation, sales tips, licensing and product training.

  • Partner with the Sales team on broker training presentations.

  • Troubleshoot all issues escalated from either Brokers or Sales and ensure timely communication to Production Support as necessary.

  • On-going suggestions for process and technology improvements.

  • Collaborate across the different teams on all business initiatives.

  • Act as a resource for other Manulife department inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate education or relevant experience.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus.

  • Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data entry.

Salary range is expected to be between

$45,900.00 CAD - $76,500.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
