POSITION
Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced bilingual Engineering and Continuous Improvement Coordinator for our Montreal location.
SCOPE OF POSITION
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Engineering & Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the technical group of processes. In support of process engineers, he follows and supports capital requests for process optimization. In collaboration with the Operations Manager, he establishes the needs and direction of the processes for the short and medium term in order to achieve objectives. He will instill a culture of continuous improvement using different methodologies by working closely with the process team.
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Use of computers, phones, and other office equipment.
- Must organize complex tasks and work under pressure.
- Must be able to develop and implement programs and procedures.
- Must work safely.
