Coordinate the technical process team and support process engineers and the Operations Manager to drive process optimization and continuous improvement. Implement statistical process control, run time-and-motion studies, investigate quality non-conformities, support CAPEX reviews and new process introductions, and recommend equipment or process changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Provide technical support to manufacturing, optimize processes to reduce scrap and costs, maximize equipment efficiency, support R&D for new opportunities, lead process improvement projects, manage equipment testing and modifications, prepare capital/ROI analyses, ensure compliance with food safety systems, and coordinate downtime and security initiatives.

Manage incoming artwork and perform compliance analysis for printing projects; define plate specifications; coordinate with customer service, plate suppliers and production; request proofs, approve plates, prepare quotes, verify supplier invoices, allocate plate costs in QAD, and qualify new plate suppliers.
