Coordinate printing projects and manage artwork files for compliance, determine plate specifications, liaise with customer service and suppliers, prepare plate work orders, request proofs, approve plate manufacture, create quotes, verify supplier invoices, allocate plate costs in QAD, and qualify plate suppliers to ensure accurate, efficient production.

Coordinate and support process engineers to drive process optimization and continuous improvement. Lead production support, root cause analysis, SPC-based performance monitoring, reject reduction projects, capacity and time-and-motion studies, CAPEX review, and supplier/technology evaluations to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Provide HR services for a Montreal plant: maintain HRIS records, manage recruitment and onboarding, administer benefits and payroll backup, handle employee relations, grievances, union negotiations, discipline and terminations, and support HR Director with training and communications.
