The Associate QA Consultant is responsible for creating and maintaining test cases, executing tests, documenting bugs, and communicating test results effectively with stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any other IT related degree/Diploma, and/or completed Manual QA Course.
- Strong understanding of QA concepts, tools, and processes, with the ability to effectively apply them in practice.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology principles and/or experience working in Agile environments.
- Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with effective prioritization abilities.
- Ability to communicate QA results and processes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills (B2 level English proficiency or higher).
- Familiarity with SAP products, workflows, or modules is an advantage. Experience testing or working with Business management tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) is highly beneficial.
- ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, update, and maintain test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of all requirements and scenarios.
- Document and report bugs/defects clearly, providing relevant details for efficient resolution by the development team.
- Execute tests and analyze test results.
- Communicate effectively with the team to clarify requirements, coordinate testing activities, and resolve issues.
- Share test results and updates with relevant stakeholders to inform them of testing progress and identified risks.
- Work independently on assigned tasks or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Use testing tools such as JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking and team collaboration.
