Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Help shape the future of one of Canada's most iconic brands! Philadelphia Cream Cheese is a category leader with deep roots and big ambitions. As an Associate Brand Manager (ABM), you'll be a leader in the business and play a key role in driving the future of this iconic brand in Canada. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the heart of our Canadian marketing team, offering real ownership, exciting challenges, and room to grow.
As an ABM, you'll have the opportunity to lead the brand in Canada, building and executing 3-year strategic plans that are tailored to the Canadian market. You'll manage the brand's P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and be at the center of everything from product innovation to go-to-market execution. With a core brand and healthy budgets, you'll have the resources to make a real impact. Plus, you'll be part of an ambitious marketing team that values new ideas, fast action, and recognizes great work.
What's on the menu?
  • Drive the brand's 3-year strategic vision while maintaining excellence in day-to-day operations
  • Lead end-to-end development and execution of brand strategy and annual business plans
  • Own full P&L accountability and A&C budget allocation decisions
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (volume, revenue, market share) to develop data-driven growth initiatives
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing calendars and consumer campaigns
  • Partner with omni team to develop compelling retail and in-store programs
  • Lead Go-to-Market plans for innovations
  • Drive product renovation projects to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D teams
  • Define consumer audiences and communication priorities
  • All other duties, as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in brand management or marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining excellence in execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights (Nielsen IQ experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills with a track record of driving results
  • Collaborative working style that inspires teams and builds strong partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives from concept to completion

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$100,300.00 - $125,400.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
