JOB DESCRIPTION

Rôle :

L’associé(e) en finance est responsable de diverses tâches, notamment le traitement des rétrofacturations fournisseurs, la préparation de la documentation justificative associée, le remplacement à la réception, ainsi que la gestion d’un portefeuille de tâches administratives financières visant à soutenir les objectifs du département.

Responsabilités du poste :

Les activités quotidiennes peuvent inclure :

  • Traiter les demandes de crédit et de facturation des clients dans leur intégralité (calculs précis, codification, rétrofacturations, etc.)
  • Produire les rapports mensuels des fournisseurs (déductions liées aux prix contractuels, etc.)
  • Numériser les documents financiers dans OpenText (logiciel de gestion documentaire)
  • Effectuer le processus de dépôt des chèques clients (vérification de l’exactitude et de l’exhaustivité des paiements)
  • Préparer et distribuer les documents nécessaires au paiement des remises clients locales
  • Participer aux réunions au besoin
  • Assurer une communication ouverte avec les parties prenantes concernées concernant toute anomalie ou déficience dans les processus standards
  • Gérer, lorsque requis, un portefeuille de tâches administratives financières défini par le gestionnaire des finances, incluant des responsabilités principales ou de remplacement en matière de tarification, réception, comptes clients, gestion des liquidités ou numérisation
  • Manipuler et trier des produits pour la cueillette des clients (capacité de soulever jusqu’à 50 lb requise)
  • Respecter les politiques et procédures de sécurité alimentaire de Sysco afin d’assurer la salubrité, la qualité et la conformité des produits
  • Travailler de manière sécuritaire avec un impact environnemental minimal et signaler immédiatement tout danger, incident ou déversement environnemental à son superviseur
  • Comprendre son rôle essentiel dans sa propre sécurité et celle de ses collègues et intervenir en présence de risques
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe assignée

Qualifications / Compétences / Exigences :

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un environnement d’entrepôt, de service à la clientèle ou de bureau
  • Compétences de base en mathématiques et en compréhension de lecture
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Compétences informatiques (MS Office, saisie au clavier, etc.)
