Supports the Controller with accounting and financial reporting, including general ledger transactions, month-end close, balance sheet and P&L analysis, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, process automation, system support, and IFRS compliance.
L'assistant-contrôleur aide le contrôleur à assurer les fonctions de comptabilité et d’information financière de la société. Il supervise la comptabilisation de toutes les transactions liées au grand livre, comme les comptes à recevoir et à payer et les dépenses payées d’avance.
Tâches et responsabilités :
- Participer activement dans le processus de fin de mois
- Effectuer diverses analyses bilan et P&L
- Préparer et interpréter les KPI sur une base mensuelle
- Mise en place de processus et contrôles internes
- Assister les unités d'affaires lors de leur préparation de forecast et budget
- Assister l'équipe dans leur travail quotidien
- Épauler le contrôleur dans divers projets au sein du département
- Amélioration continue des processus (automatisation des fichiers au maximum)
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
- Devenir un super user pour les différents systèmes
- Confirmer que les transactions sont bien comptabilisées selon les normes comptables (EX: IFRS15 et IFRS16)
EXIGENCES :
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité
- Titre CPA un atout
- 3 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Expérience en cabinet comptable (IFRS) requis
- Français & Anglais (oral et écrit) requis
- Connaissance avancée du logiciel Excel
