We are seeking an Enterprise SaaS Solutions Architect to lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and intelligent SaaS business applications across our enterprise ecosystem.
This individual will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of SaaS platforms, standardization of Integration Platform and driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities to future-proof our digital infrastructure. Additionally, a successful candidate will oversee applications development and support, and ensure data integrity and security. This role will lead a growing team by providing technical coaching and guidance and collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders and departments. You’ll stay up to date on emerging AI technologies and trends in order to continuously improve the organization's business systems architecture and align with StackAdapt’s business objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for a suite of SaaS business applications, ensuring composite architecture is scalable, reliable, available and manageable.
- Develop and maintain scalable integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, People) into a comprehensive applications footprint and strategy.
- Understanding business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value.
- Design and architect end-to-end integrated SaaS solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead the vision and strategy for incorporating AI/ML capabilities into SaaS workflows and decision-making systems..
- Define technical evaluation criteria in the selection of new SaaS and integration technologies that result in a coherent systems design.
- Drive architectural reviews, technical due diligence, and system optimization efforts.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, administrators, and other support resources, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Lead technical design sessions and create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines.
- Provide best practice guidance and optimization opportunities for integration design, development, and testing.
- Establish and enforce integration development standards, ensuring the reliability and performance of integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with fellow Corp IT & Operations teams, including Enterprise Data Office, PMO, and IT Service Desk to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects and enhancements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions seamlessly.
What you'll bring to the table
- Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise software architecture design with a strong focus on SaaS business applications (e.g., NetSuite, UKG, Salesforce, Hubspot) and designing complex integration solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of design & integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g., event-driven, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL processes).
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (like Workato, Zapier) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with enterprise AI/ML adoption, including architecture for intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and knowledge of where and how AI fits into existing architecture frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and leading enterprise IT governance frameworks like architectural review boards or similar governance processes to ensure compliance with design, integration, and environment standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive and be nimble in a dynamic and fast-paced, fully-remote high-growth environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in high-tech industry preferred.
